Contentment is NOT overrated

We enjoyed a lot of art time this past week. The weather is finally getting cooler, although it may not look like it since Erik and Pedar are wearing shorts and t-shirts.
These two made beautiful clay sculptures. Thank you, Nana, for the clay!!
Casey has these characters he calls, "Goofballs," just you wait, some day he will have a cartoon with these adorable characters!
The beginning of Pedar's artwork.
Casey's funny face.
Mor Mor took the boys to the Crocker Art Museum on Tuesday. Everyone had a fantastic time!! Thank you, Mor Mor!
Erik might be a little too comfortable at the Crocker!
Casey loves to observe.

Story time. Love how tired Curly is, he can't even look at me!
I love going for walks with Casey. We've had some really great talks lately when it is just us and Curly. I love him so much. He is almost ten-years-old and is such a good listener. He makes my heart so happy. He is such a gentle soul.
First fire of the season. Thanksgiving is thrown up all over the house too.
We started working on Erik's Harvest Feast vest for school. He is going to be styling!
On Thursday, our fur-niece, Ferno came to stay over for a few nights while her parents visit some adorable twin babies!!
Saturday morning in our backyard! We had six boys in our backyard by 8:30 a.m. Ferno had a really good time!!
Patient Ferno in the kitchen. No, I am not going to give you any of the food I am cooking. No, walk away little lady. Walk away!
Ferno loves to cuddle on the couch at night. Cover her in her blankie and she falls immediately to sleep.

I recently came across these adorable sisters, Maisy and Lennon. They are four years apart in age but their talent is ageless and gorgeous!!! Enjoy!! Makes me want to sing with Margery a lot more!
